Products and pre-launch offers

Backstack is in development and is offered on a pre-order basis. Product images may show prototypes; we will communicate material changes before dispatch. Weight plates and resistance bands are not included.

The advertised retail price is £299. The full pre-order price is £224.25, a 25% saving (£74.75). The full product payment is taken at checkout. Delivery charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment.

A £1 reservation is an optional, fully refundable reservation, not a full product purchase. It gives access to a 10% launch discount: £269.10 total product price, with the £1 credited and £268.10 remaining if you choose to purchase. We do not automatically charge the remaining balance. Free email updates require no payment or reservation.

Orders and payment

Review your order, contact details, delivery address and total before paying. We send an order confirmation to the email address supplied. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the relevant payment. We will not increase the product price of an accepted, fully paid pre-order.

Estimated delivery and shipping

Estimated delivery is Spring 2027. This is a pre-order timetable, not an immediate-dispatch service. We will send production updates and notify you of a material delay. If you do not wish to wait, contact us to cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Your statutory remedies for late or missing delivery remain unaffected.

Standard UK shipping is free for a full Backstack pre-order. International orders are available only to supported destinations, with delivery options and charges displayed at checkout. See our Shipping Policy. A £1 reservation does not ship a physical product.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Full pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. £1 reservations are fully refundable if you do not proceed. After delivery, our 30-day return offer and your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply. Full instructions, refund timing and a cancellation form are in our Return and Refund Policy. Sale and pre-order discounts do not remove statutory rights.

Using the product and this website

Follow the instructions and the final published load and usage limits supplied with your Backstack. Do not treat marketing phrases as permission to exceed those limits. Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or infringe others’ rights. Product descriptions and instructions do not replace individual professional advice where needed.

Relationship with Shopify

Backstack is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Backstack. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Backstack, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Backstack. This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, or liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory local protections or rights to bring claims in the courts available to them. The terms provided when you order apply to that order. Later website updates do not retrospectively remove your agreed rights.
