Refund policy

Pre-orders and £1 reservations

You can cancel a full Backstack pre-order before dispatch for a full refund. The £1 reservation is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed. Email contact@backstackfitness.com with your order number. No remaining reservation balance is charged automatically.

Returns after delivery

We offer a 30-day return policy from receipt of your Backstack. Contact contact@backstackfitness.com within that period to request a return and receive instructions. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

For our additional 30-day return offer, the product should be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging where supplied. This does not restrict your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel

For online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after receiving your goods. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return them. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; original packaging is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Discounted and pre-order products have the same statutory rights as full-price products.

Contact us before sending a return so we can identify it and provide instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage cost unless we agree otherwise. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact us to arrange return or collection at our expense. Keep proof of postage.

Please contact contact@backstackfitness.com with the order number and details of the problem. Your statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement are unaffected by our 30-day return offer or any warranty.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For a cancellation before dispatch, we refund within 14 days of your notice. For a statutory cancellation after delivery, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund the standard outbound delivery cost when required; any extra charge for a premium delivery option is not refundable under change-of-mind cancellation rules. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
